Caprese salad with Rio Mare Tuna

3 cans of 80g Rio Mare tuna in olive oil
2 large tomatoes, sliced
300 g of mozzarella
A handful of basil leaves
Salt
Pepper

Preparation
1. Slice the tomatoes and mozzarella, arrange the slices on a plate, slightly overlapping them.
2. Season with salt and pepper, place the drained Rio Mare Tuna in the center, and finish the dish with fresh basil leaves.
