Green salad with Rio Mare Tuna, red apple, carrots, and walnuts

100 g of mixed green salad
240 g of Rio Mare tuna in olive oil
1 red apple

Preparation
1. Peel the carrots, wash them thoroughly, and using a vegetable peeler, cut them into long strips. Place them in a bowl of ice water so they curl, then drain them.
2. Thinly slice the apple and season it with lemon juice to prevent browning. Put the slices in a salad bowl, add the drained carrots, the salad, the walnuts, and the drained Rio Mare tuna.
3. Dress everything with olive oil, salt, and pepper, toss well, and serve immediately.
