Corn Insalatissime with Rocket, Apples and Breadcrumbs
100 g rocket
1 red apple
2 160g bowls of Rio Mare Insalatissime Corn and Light Tuna
2 slices of fresh bread
1. Dice the bread, season it with oil and pepper, and then place into a hot, non-stick frying pan. Let roast until golden and crisp.
2. Wash the apples, cut them in half, remove the core and the stalk, slice them and season with oil and salt.
3. Place the apples in a bowl together with rocket, add Rio Mare Corn Insalatissime, mix together well, add the toasted bread and serve.
